These scholarships are awarded to (worth twenty and ten thousand dollars depending on the type of scholarship) outstanding leaders in the fields of business, arts, education and government.

This is actually a pre-college science competition that awards scholarships worth almost $ 100,000 for the most original science projects.
- National Merit Scholarships
One of the easiest scholarships to apply for in the sense that one does not need to work too much to apply for. All you have to do is take the Pre-SAT/ National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test, and thus multiple scholarships are awarded.
